IDIM — Meriam Mir for morning, sunrise, a new beginning.

Morning · Sunrise · A new beginning
IDIM Care walks alongside participants, families and communities across Australia — with support that respects culture, builds capability and shows up when it says it will.
The meaning of IDIM
IDIM is a Meriam Mir word from the Eastern Torres Strait. We chose it because every participant deserves a fresh start — and support built on hope, not history.
IDIM Care was founded to close the gap between what NDIS plans promise and what people actually receive. We are a values-led Australian provider offering support coordination, daily living support, community participation and culturally connected care — delivered by people who understand community, kinship and Country.

Why choose IDIM
We keep our promises small, clear and kept — because trust is built in the everyday.
Screened workers, clear service agreements, incident and complaint processes aligned to the NDIS Practice Standards.
Worker matching by culture, language and gender preference. Participants choose who supports them.
First Nations and CALD communities are at the centre of our practice, not an afterthought.
Our values
Every sunrise is a chance to begin again. We start from what is possible, not what is limited.
Culture, language, kinship and Country shape how we plan, staff and deliver every service.
We listen first, move at the participant's pace and treat families as partners.
Clear communication, honest timeframes and accountable practice — every time.
Trauma-informed, screened, supervised and compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards.
Everybody belongs. We build supports around identity, ability and choice.

How we work
Call, email or submit a referral. We respond to every enquiry within one business day.
A no-pressure conversation about goals, culture, plan budgets and what good support looks like.
We match workers by culture, language, gender preference and skill, then agree a support plan.
Supports begin with clear service agreements, then regular reviews as goals and needs change.
