Accessibility statement
Information about our supports should be easy to find, read and act on. If anything on this site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it or send it to you another way.
What we aim for
We design this website to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means readable text contrast, headings in a logical order, descriptive text on images and links, forms with clear labels and error messages, and full keyboard operation.
Using this website
- Every page can be navigated with a keyboard, and there is a skip link to the main content.
- Text can be enlarged in your browser without content being lost.
- Forms show which fields are required and explain any errors in words, not just colour.
- Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text.
Known limitations
This site is new and we are still testing it with assistive technology. Some documents and third-party content may not yet be fully accessible. We are working through these and will prioritise anything a participant tells us is a barrier.
Information in another format
We can discuss providing information in plain language or Easy Read, in larger print, over the phone, or with an interpreter or a trusted communication partner present. Tell us what works for you when you first contact us. Any costs or funding arrangements will be explained beforehand.
Tell us about a barrier
Call 0499 917 969, email admin@idimcare.com.au, or use our contact form. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will respond and explain what we can do. You can also use our feedback and complaints process.
