What's included
- Personal care and morning or evening routines
- Meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
- Medication prompting and support to attend appointments
- Skill building for independent living
- Overnight and sleepover support where rostering allows
What's not included
- Medication administration requiring a clinical qualification
- Complex wound, ventilation, enteral or other high-intensity health support
- Specialist behaviour support assessment or the implementation of restrictive practices
- Clinical, nursing or high-intensity health procedures
- Emergency, crisis or after-hours response — call 000 in an emergency
How we personalise this support
We ask how the participant likes their day to run, who they are comfortable with, and what independence looks like for them — then write that into the support plan and review it as things change.
Who delivers this support
- NDIS Worker Screening, and a Working with Children Check where the role requires it
- First aid and CPR currency
- Induction covering the NDIS Code of Conduct, safeguarding and cultural safety

Funding and costs
Prices depend on the service, time, location and staffing, in line with current NDIS pricing rules. We explain proposed rates and any travel or cancellation charges before support begins, and include agreed costs in your service agreement.
