Our mission
To deliver culturally safe, person-centred NDIS supports that build capability, independence and genuine community connection.
IDIM — Meriam Mir for morning, sunrise, a new beginning.
About us
IDIM Care is operated by IDIM GROUP PTY LTD — an Australian provider delivering culturally safe NDIS supports with hope, respect and reliability at the centre.
Our story
IDIM is a Meriam Mir word from the Eastern Torres Strait meaning morning, sunrise, a new beginning.
IDIM Care began with a simple observation: too many participants receive supports that look correct on paper but don't reflect who they are. Rosters change without warning. Cultural needs get noted and then forgotten. Families are told what will happen rather than asked what is needed.
We built IDIM Care to do the opposite. We start with a yarn — an unhurried conversation about goals, culture, community and what good support actually feels like. From there we match workers carefully, agree clear service agreements, and keep communication open with participants, families and support coordinators.
Our name is a promise. Every morning is a chance to begin again, and every person we support deserves a service that believes in what's ahead of them.

Direction
To deliver culturally safe, person-centred NDIS supports that build capability, independence and genuine community connection.
An Australia where every person with disability — in every community, including remote and First Nations communities — can access support that respects who they are.
To close the gap between what NDIS plans promise and what participants actually experience day to day.
Our values
Every sunrise is a chance to begin again. We start from what is possible, not what is limited.
Culture, language, kinship and Country shape how we plan, staff and deliver every service.
We listen first, move at the participant's pace and treat families as partners.
Clear communication, honest timeframes and accountable practice — every time.
Trauma-informed, screened, supervised and compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards.
Everybody belongs. We build supports around identity, ability and choice.
Cultural safety
Cultural safety is defined by the person receiving support. Our job is to earn it, then keep earning it.
