These terms apply when you use the IDIM Care website or submit a referral, enquiry or job application.

This website is operated by IDIM GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 48 701 014 459, ACN 701 014 459) trading as IDIM Care, a business name registered on 3 August 2026. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information is general in nature

Content on this website is general information about disability supports and the NDIS. It is not clinical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional or the NDIA. Always confirm details relevant to your own plan and circumstances.

Not a crisis service

IDIM Care is not a 24/7 emergency or crisis service. In an emergency call 000. For crisis support call Lifeline on 13 11 14, 13YARN on 13 92 76 or 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732.

Referrals, enquiries and applications

Submitting a referral, enquiry or application does not create a service agreement or an offer of employment. Supports commence only after intake, capacity confirmation and a signed service agreement. You must have authority and consent to provide any information you submit about another person, and the information you provide must be accurate.

Service availability

Service availability depends on location, worker capacity and the participant's plan budget. We will tell you promptly if we cannot meet a request, and where possible suggest alternatives.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information.
  • Do not upload files containing malicious code.
  • Do not attempt to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery and branding, is owned by or licensed to IDIM GROUP PTY LTD. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

Third-party links

We link to external sites such as the NDIS and government services for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, IDIM GROUP PTY LTD is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website or from interruptions to the site.
