What's included
- Worker screening and compliance checks relevant to the role
- Consistent worker allocation wherever rostering allows
- Mentoring and role modelling for young people
- Support delivered in line with the participant's support plan
What's not included
- Implementing restrictive practices or specialist behaviour support
- Therapy, counselling or clinical intervention
- Specialist behaviour support assessment or the implementation of restrictive practices
- Clinical, nursing or high-intensity health procedures
- Emergency, crisis or after-hours response — call 000 in an emergency

Participants tell us what they want in a worker — communication style, interests, experience, language, gender and cultural considerations — and we match from the workers actually available.
Who delivers this support
- NDIS Worker Screening, plus a Working with Children Check where the role requires it
- Identity, right-to-work and qualification checks
- Induction covering the NDIS Code of Conduct, safeguarding and incident reporting

Funding and costs
Prices depend on the service, time, location and staffing, in line with current NDIS pricing rules. We explain proposed rates and any travel or cancellation charges before support begins, and include agreed costs in your service agreement.
IDIM Care provides supports to eligible NDIS participants. The funding arrangements we can accept depend on the service and how your plan is managed. Contact us and we will confirm whether we can support you.
